This workshop is the second in a series of three workshops that will give you the very basics of making web pages.

Content Covered

Tables and stylesheets are the main topics. With styles you will learn how to set colors, draw borders, select fonts, do italics and boldfacing, and improve appearance through use of margins and text alignment. With tables, learn more formatting options and how to fix table-related problems. In addition, you will learn about parts of web pages you don't see, such as titles and meta tags, that are important in how your page ranks in search engines. Finally, learn about the Best Practices established here at Boise State.
