Workshops
Web for Managers
This is a workshop aimed at department managers at every level. It's for people who DON'T know how to edit a web page, but who are responsible for the presence of their department on the World Wide Web.
You don't need to have technical skills to manage a website. You need management skills to direct your technicians.
This NON-TECHNICAL workshop will help you learn how to manage your department's web presence and how to manage the people who maintain it. Learn how to define what you want, to assess your current resources, plan for growth, and evaluate the work your technical people are doing.
Prerequisites
none. The workshop is open to all, but I strongly urge department managers to attend.
