Orientation Leaders (OL’s) get the opportunity to develop a personal leadership style, build professional confidence, develop communication skills, and work with a diverse team of peers helping incoming students and their families have a smooth transition to Boise State.

The Team We Need
We are looking for students who are committed to teamwork, supporting others, and helping new students connect with one another to help them build a strong campus community. Orientation Leaders play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience as students transition to Boise State. Students coming to Boise State arrive through many different paths, whether directly from high school, as a transfer student, near or far – and each Orientation Leader helps these students navigate this transition and find their place on campus.
