[Silva Larios Cowmey, Transfer Admissions Counselor]: Hi my name is Silvia Larios Cowmey. I’m one of the Boise State transfer admissions counselors. I graduated with my undergraduate and graduate degrees here at Boise State. As a transfer admissions counselor, I work with students and help them through the transfer process and connecting them to resources. One of the things I love most about Boise state is where we are located. Just having access to outdoor opportunities such as hiking, mountain biking, and white water rafting. One piece of advice that I would have for transfer students is to register for housing as soon as the housing registration portal opens up as housing is limited on campus.
