Daily Campus Visits

Let us roll out the blue carpet for you! We can’t wait to show you around our beautiful campus.

Deciding where to go to college can be overwhelming! We know first-hand how important a campus visit can be when choosing your home for the next four years. With your safety in mind, we have created an in-person campus visit experience for you to physically explore campus while engaging with a current Boise State student.

we've got this covered

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted life in every corner of the globe — and while we are committed to doing all we can as a university to minimize the spread of the virus and its traumatic consequences, it will take the work of everyone on campus to pull this off. It may sound like a lot to ask, but we are Broncos — and we care about each other and our community. In the end, it comes down to four major efforts:

  • We will all have to wear facial coverings throughout campus — Upon arrival, masks up! Please come prepared with a facial covering to wear during the entirety of your visit. You will not be able to participate in the campus tour if you do not comply. The guidance from public health experts is clear: even homemade cloth masks can help fight the spread of COVID-19.
  • We will all have to stay at least six feet away from each other. The tour guide will wear a facial covering and will be equipped with a microphone to ensure that you can hear all information – even at a distance. You will be expected to maintain a 6 foot distance from participants outside of your party for the entirety of your visit.
  • We have to stay extra clean. We have enhanced cleaning protocols across our campus such as increased hand sanitizer stations and additional cleaning in high traffic areas. Wash your hands. Avoid touching your face. Stay healthy.
  • And we have to pay close attention to our own symptoms. All tour participants must engage in a symptoms screening at check-in. If you are experiencing any symptoms prior to your arrival, we ask that you please stay home and reschedule your visit.

  • The tour will remain outside for its entirety, so please plan accordingly. Check the weather, bring a bottle of water, wear sunscreen, and lace up your comfiest walking shoes.
  • You will be able to park in the Lincoln Parking Garage free of charge. Parking instructions will be included in your confirmation email.
  • Arrive on time. Allow yourself plenty of time to park and navigate to Admissions.
  • Check-in will take place outside of the Admissions Office which is located in the Student Union Building. We ask that you do not enter the Student Union Building upon arrival, and instead follow the signs to our check-in station. Look for the Boise State canopy!
