Deciding where to go to college can be overwhelming! We know first-hand how important a campus visit can be when choosing your home for the next four years. With your safety in mind, we have created an in-person campus visit experience for you to physically explore campus while engaging with a current Boise State student.
Join us for a 90-minute walking tour of campus where your tour guide will detail life as a Bronco. From popular study spaces, to residence halls, to involvement opportunities and beyond, you will get an inside look at the Boise State experience.

COVID has disrupted life in every corner of the globe. We are committed to doing all we can as a university to minimize the spread of the virus and its traumatic consequences, but it will take the work of everyone on campus to pull this off. Facial Coverings
As a result of changes in conditions, effective Monday, March 14, facial coverings will be optional in all university owned or controlled spaces, including instructional spaces (classrooms, studios, teaching labs and other spaces where instruction takes place) and research labs subject to the following exceptions:

Cleaning Protocols
We continue to maintain enhanced cleaning protocols across our campus such as increased hand sanitizer stations and additional cleaning in high traffic areas.

Check in for your campus tour outside of Admissions on the west side of the Student Union Building along University Drive. There will be navigational signage from Lincoln Parking Garage to help you find your way. Look for the Boise State canopy!
We provide FREE parking in the Lincoln Garage, due south of the Student Union Building. Parking instructions are included in your confirmation email. If you choose to park elsewhere, you are responsible for parking costs.
Boise State is located between Broadway Avenue and Capitol Boulevard, just a short distance from Interstate 84. The Broadway and Vista exits are closest to campus. Several major airlines serve the Boise area including Alaska, Delta, Frontier, Horizon, Southwest and United.

We are currently offering a tour of our show room in Chaffee Hall. Your tour guide will explain the set-up of each residence hall and will share insight to life in the dorms. Be sure to check out the Housing and Residence Life website to see photos of the spaces, floor plans and rates. Reminder: masks will be required inside all residence halls regardless of vaccination status.

If you have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19, you will not be able to participate in the campus tour. If you experience symptoms prior to arrival, we encourage you to reschedule or join one of our virtual visit options.
Yes! This fall the university will offer a blend of in-person, online, remote and hybrid courses. For more information, visit our Covid Response page.
No. However, if you have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone that tested positive for COVID-19 in the 14 days leading up to your visit, you will not be allowed to participate. We encourage you to reschedule or check out our many virtual visit options.
Yes! You are able to set up a virtual appointment with your admissions counselor or a representative from your academic area of interest. The Honors College will also be hosting virtual info sessions throughout the week. You can schedule these appointments at any time, they do not need to be for the day of your visit.
Yes! We have created virtual visit options designed to meet your needs. From the Future Student Session, to Tips for Transfers, to Presentación de Boise State en Español, you are bound to find what you need to get your questions answered and better understand the culture that exists at Boise State.
While we will be visiting the stadium on tour, we will be entering the Hall of Fame which is what provides access to view The Blue. Please remember that facial coverings are required inside the Hall of Fame as well as the viewing patio regardless of vaccination status.
