Responses

        • Lillian – How has Advising worked with departments in creating Required Advising sessions?
        • Mary – We are still talking about this matter and reaching out to departments. They will ask what info they’d like to showcase. Goal is for this to be a program/advising collaboration
        • Jaime – Would like for faculty to be better informed on the tools available, for example Academic Coach (all in agreement). Would also like to revisit Required Advising sessions in second year as well for students.
        • Alicia – Interested in group advising sessions
        • Mary – Advising is working on getting to a place where this is possible. Can possibly visit this in Spring. Definitely interested in making more efficient use of time.
        • Olga – I am always about the Parallel Plan.
        • Alicia – What can departments provide to help students explore their options?
        • Mary – FAQ, Program Info, one-pagers, what is most important, videos (2-3 min, action)
