Biography
Emily Grabow is recognized for her dedication to public service and her work at the intersection of energy policy, environmental stewardship and legislative strategy. At Boise State, she explored the regulatory and legal frameworks of nuclear energy through both a vertically integrated projects team and an independent study, presenting research that bridged policy analysis and technical innovation.
Through the School of Public Service Capital Connections Program, Grabow gained federal legislative experience as a U.S. Senate intern in Washington, D.C. She also interned in the Office of the Governor of Idaho and at a professional lobbying firm. Additionally, as a delegate to the Nuclear Engineering Student Delegation, she collaborated with technical experts and met with Idaho’s congressional delegation to advocate for nuclear energy policy initiatives.
Beyond her policy work, Grabow serves on the Honors Student Association Executive Board and as an instructional assistant, supporting students in their academic development and encouraging them to pursue meaningful opportunities. She served as team captain for the Mock Trial Association and competed in Business Professionals of America, earning awards while supporting peers in competitive and collaborative environments.
Grabow is from Lewiston, Idaho.
