An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely

Midday Mindfullness

Mindfulness is beneficial at all times, but it can be especially helpful during times of uncertainty.

Join us via Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 p.m. for Midday Mindfulness.

These sessions will be 10-15 minutes and led by members of the BroncoFit team. They will focus on centering, grounding, deep breathing, and more.
