User eXperience (UX) Research = systematic qualitative research methods to gain insights on human behavior. Check out our student design briefs for recent capstone projects. Contact Dr. Kendall House for advising. This program is for undergraduate students attending Boise State University. The classes are fully online.
Graduate Certificate in User Experience Research = this certificate provides students with in-depth knowledge and practical mastery of qualitative research methods rooted in ethnography, with an emphasis on how user research informs design thinking. This is for graduate students and the classes are in person at Boise State University.
User Research Professional Certificate (UX-PRO) = leverages multiple qualitative methods to develop insights into how real people interact with products, services, policies, and organizations. UX-PRO has both public and private sector uses including human-centered design and user experience/UX research. This is for working professionals who are looking to add to their previous degree. The courses are fully online.
