Timeline

The implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across campus will be a gradual process beginning with discovery sessions, identifying use cases, assessing action items, and training within each division area.

The Boise State Beacon team will support each college, division, or affiliate with resources, hands-on training, and tools before a go-live date takes place. Below is a general timeline for alignment with the Marketing Cloud platform.

Marketing Cloud

Winter 2021

Salesforce Marketing Cloud launches with the Office of Communication and Marketing, Advancement, and Athletics.

Spring 2022

Marketing Cloud begins to roll out to all colleges.

Summer 2022

Salesforce Marketing Cloud begins to roll out to Student Affairs and the units within the division.
