As you may have heard, there’s a nationwide staffing shortage in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, Boise State is no exception to this occurrence. As a result, foodservice offerings will be limited for the start of the semester. Rest assured, our current challenges are temporary, and we’ll keep you updated on a weekly basis.
We know this is an inconvenience, so you’ll receive an extra $100 in flex dollars. Flex dollars can be used at dining locations and convenience stores across campus. A reusable to-go box will be provided for you to use at the Boise River Cafe. In addition, a variety of food trucks will be on campus throughout the semester.
Use your flex dollars at one (or all three) of the new vendors on campus.
- Guru Donuts – Library
- Poppy Seed Cafe – Micron Business and Economics Building
- Urban Fox– Multipurpose Building (coming in September)
Pro Tip: Use the GET App to pre-order food, take advantage of touchless payments, and view locations, hours of operations, and your account balance.
While you’re thinking about food, take a look at your meal plan and make sure it fits what you need. You have until September 3 to make changes.
