Community of Practice

Our Purpose

Build an accessible, safer community of learning that advances diversity, equity, and inclusion workplace practices in Idaho

Our Community Members

Our community is for learners who seek to positively impact Idaho’s workplaces. We have two audience segments we facilitate convenings for, practitioners and learners

How we work and our impact

In order to achieve our outcomes, our community of practice must work together to advance DEI initiative’s within Idaho’s workforce. Below shows you the ecosystem we are creating and how each audience segment works together to achieve our outcomes.
