Annual Campus Security Authority Re-Certification Course

Welcome to your annual CSA re-certification training! 

Along with a broad overview of the Clery Act, this presentation will provide you with an understanding of Boise State University’s obligations under the law, your reporting requirements as a Campus Security Authority, and the proper procedures for reporting allegations of crime. 

As a CSA you have two obligations:

1) You must complete this annual training within 30 days of receiving it

2) You must promptly report crimes that are reported to you to the Department of Public Safety or fill out the CSA Crime Reporting Form

This training should take about 20-30 minutes to complete. After reviewing the materials below, click “Take the Test” and answer each test question with the most correct answer. You will need to achieve 100% to complete the training.  You may take the test as many times as needed. After you achieve 100% on the test, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you and to the Department of Public Safety.
