This spring, our department celebrated the graduation of 22 Chemistry Bachelors students and 4 Masters students at our Wizard Hat Ceremony and annual Ice Cream Social. Each graduate received their wizard hat after reciting the oath to culminate the end of their “Wizard Journey.”
We handed out awards for excellence in our classes, congratulated scholarship and fellowship recipients, presented a special award from the university to our chemistry club, and recognized one undergraduate as our “Outstanding Graduating Senior.”
Congratulations to all of our award winners and good luck to all of our graduates as they move on to their next journey!
