In the quaint village of Sleepy Hollow, stories of wonder and strangeness surround the legend of a mighty headless Hessian. When the humble schoolteacher Ichabod Crane vies for the hand of the beautiful Katrina Van Tassel, the townsfolk might protest, but ultimately the Horseman decides Ichabod’s fate. This dynamic ensemble-based retelling of the famous Washington Irving short story promises to be a spooktacular, crowd pleasing theatrical event.

In 1691 Puritan New England, the people lived in fear and superstition of the devil to the extent of forbidding singing, dancing and amusement of any kind. Five girls coming of age in Salem Village find an ally in enslaved Tituba. Deep in the woods the girls make a pact and build a sisterhood. Among them they form alliances, make and break promises and take power. “Afflicted: Daughters of Salem” tells the story of the Salem accusers and the events that led up to the infamous Salem witch trials. This origin story examines how these teenage girls became accusers that led to Puritans putting 20 people to death for witching.
