Alum publishes second book in series

Boise State alum Reed Hollinshead has published his second book, The Orchards,” with Fulton Books. Hollinshead graduated in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in English with a writing emphasis.

Publication of “The Orchards” comes on the heels of Hollinshead’s first book, “Color of War.” The author said his first book was well-received by readers, earning high ratings on Amazon, and he hopes that “The Orchards” will perform even better.

The book synopsis reads as follows: “Brigg Sanders makes an unexpected stop in a small town with a big secret. When he starts to investigate, Brigg finds himself at the center of a tragedy from the distant past fueled by greed and desperation and a plot at the highest levels to cover up the truth. The more Brigg and a few trusted friends keep digging, the murkier it becomes. Brigg works to shed light on the tragedy, but soon finds that those same powers want to bury the truth… and him.”
