Strategic Plan Listening Sessions
The College of Arts and Sciences began our strategic planning process with listening sessions, open to all faculty, students and staff, on On Sept. 29, Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 of 2021.

Listening Session Goals
- Understand how faculty see their departments and individual work relating to a college strategic plan. What do they want to be sure the working groups, planning group, and dean understands, and what do they hope to see reflected back in the plan?
- Share draft statements of updated mission and vision.
- Be sure everyone is aware of four topic areas for working groups and explore possibility of setting up a Shared Values group.
