We need to base our tactics/actions on the most crucial problems we want to solve and the most important opportunities we can seize: it’s what we plan to do.
Tactics should be:
- Active (phrase by starting with a verb)
- Specific
- Concise
- Measurable (this leads to our creation of metrics)
May align to one of these functions:
- Solving problems: prevention, intervention, disruption, restoration, remediation
- Seizing opportunities: adaptation, promotion, enhancement, expansion, creation, transformation
Tactic Examples
