Professor John McIntosh’s research focuses on female entrepreneurship in emerging economies, the role of corporate gender diversity in corporate social performance, and technology commercialization. He is an avid advocate of entrepreneurship education and teaches the undergraduate entrepreneurship course sequence. As a first generation college graduate he is keenly interested in student success and serves as a mentor in Boise State’s First Forward Student Success program.
