Susan Park is an associate professor of Legal Studies in Business. Professor Park earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Idaho College of Law. Before becoming a faculty member at Boise State, she practiced law in Boise and served as a law clerk for the Chief Justice at the Idaho Supreme Court. She is also a licensed attorney (affiliate status) and member of the Idaho State Bar.

Professor Park served a six-year term on the Editorial Board of the American Business Law Journal, the premier peer-reviewed journal in business law, ending her service as Editor-in-Chief in 2022-23. She has also served as the Department Chair and Associate Department Chair of the Management Department. Her primary research interest is employment law. She has published in American Business Law Journal, Journal for Legal Studies Education, and the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal.
