Bio
Melanie O’Neill-German is a Human Resource professional and life long teacher. Melanie holds a Bachelor Degree from Boise State University and a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
Melanie has been an adjunct instructor for Boise State University spanning over ten years.
In addition to teaching, she also works at the Idaho Youth Ranch as the Human Resource Director for over nine years. Melanie shares her human resources knowledge with other non-profits by consulting. Melanie lives in Kuna, ID with her husband.
