Bio

Michael D. McIntyre is an attorney practicing compliance and ethics, business, environmental, and immigration law as Michael McIntyre PLLC., Boise, ID. Mr. McIntyre is also Adjunct Professor in the Department of Management, College of Business and Economics, Boise State University.

Mr. McIntyre is former Director of Compliance and Ethics at Micron Technology, Inc., where he also held other positions in the Legal Department (1995-2017); was Senior Assistant General Counsel, Boise Cascade Corporation (1992-1995); and Senior Attorney/Trial Attorney, U.S. Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division, Environmental Enforcement Section, Washington, D.C. (1987-1992).

Mr. McIntyre started his career in commercial litigation in private practice in Denver, CO. He has a J.D. from the University of Denver, and a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University.
