Dr. Cundiff arrived in Boise from Fairbanks, Alaska. She came here (2020) to work for Boise State University as a MBA clinical assistant professor in the Department of Management. Before coming to Idaho, she was the director of the Northern Leadership Center, as well as an associate professor and program director of business administration within the School of Management at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Cundiff has experience developing mid-level and executive leaders in various sectors and teaches the capstone courses in the MBA programs. She earned her undergraduate, master, and Ph.D. in applied psychology with an additional master of business administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and she specializes in diversity in leadership. Additionally, she and her husband, Rev. Drew Phoenix, co-founded Spectrae Consulting Firm.
