The University Partnership for Workforce Advancement and Research &amp; Development in Semiconductors (UPWARDS) is aimed at developing a stronger and more skilled semiconductor workforce for both countries. It will drive cutting-edge research and increase the number of students studying a semiconductor curriculum.
