07/2013 Dr Lu attended the 4th Cement division conference — 4th Advances in Cement-based Materials: Characterization, Processing, Modeling and Sensing.
The 4th Cement division conference is hosted July 8-10, takes place at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Cements 2013 is co-organized by the Cements Division of ACerS and the Center for Advanced Cement-based Materials.
05/2013 Dr. Lu received a full travel support to attend the Cyberinfrastructure for Atomistic Materials Science (CAMS) 2013 Summer School on Simulation of Complex Microstructure in Materials. It is to be held at the University of Florida in Gainesville on May 20-24.
04/2013 Dr Lu submitted an abstract for the ACerS/ACBM Cements Division meeting July 8-10, 2013 at the University of Illinois. The talk is only 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion, so I will have to be brief. It is a good meeting – This is my first talk for the ACerS/ACBM conference. Well, it must be a good one.
