COEN Career Fair Registration Fees:

Fall Registration only

1. Early-bird registration: May 18th – July 6th
   $650 for corporate
   $400 for government/non-profit
2. Regular registration: July 7th – August 31st
   $750 for corporate
   $450 government/non-profit

Spring Registration Only

• Registration opens: October 2026
  $450 for corporate
  $300 for government/non-profit

With the addition of the new boutique COEN Career Fair in spring 2027, we offer the below early bundle opportunity for employers who commit early to our fall and spring COEN Career Fairs.

Fall + Spring Registration Bundle

• Early-bird registration: May 18th – July 6th
  $900 for corporate
  $600 for government/non-profit

2-Step Registration Process

Please complete the 2-step registration process:

1. Register for the career fair(s) on Handshake

Students will have access to the list of employer registrants.

Be sure to provide information and needs for electrical outlet, table linens, interview rooms, names of attendees, etc. Invoice(s) will be sent after you complete the Handshake registration.
