Commencement logistics

9 a.m. ceremony check-in at the Keith Stein Band Hall – please enter the building at the entrance facing the field. A parking map is included to show where free parking and shuttle service is available. There is an expected weather change for Saturday with winds and possible rain showers predicted. Please dress accordingly. We will have rain ponchos available for your use in the case of inclement weather. You will also receive updates closer to Saturday if there are changes in the ceremony because of inclement weather.

9:45 a.m. preparation for the processional begins: Line leaders will direct you to two entrances to process onto the field. You will be seated around the perimeter of the field next to, and behind the graduates for the duration of the ceremony.

Recessional: The ceremony will last approximately 2.5 hours. At the conclusion of the ceremony, the stage party will exit the stage and recess down the 50 yard line. Faculty can gather near the south end zone to congratulate graduates as they exit gates A/B and N/P.

Regalia: If you rented regalia, please leave it in the box in the Keith Stein Band Hall following the ceremony, or at the front desk of the Alumni and Friends Building.
