Civil Rights and Title IX Compliance

Boise State University is committed to enforcing state and federal law, including Title IX and University policies, related to harassment, discrimination, and sexual misconduct. Civil Rights and Title IX Compliance is a unit in the Office of Compliance and Ethics responsible for enforcing such laws and fostering a culture of respect and dignity for all members of the university community.

Boise State University is dedicated to maintaining a campus free from discrimination and harassment. We believe that everyone has the right to pursue their education in a safe and supportive environment. We are responsible for processing complaints of protected-class discrimination and harassment and upholding the federal Title IX regulations. This ensures that our campus remains a safe space where students, faculty, and staff can grow individually and develop as a community.
