Biography
My dream is to build a career in academia and research. I am a Data Science (specifically Machine Learning) enthusiast. I am also interested in Statistics, Financial and Actuarial Mathematics. In the broad fields of Financial and Actuarial Mathematics, I am also much interested in credit risk modelling (credit scoring). Read my maiden publication: “A Machine Learning Approach for Micro-Credit Scoring”
At Boise State University, I took a little diversion into applying Machine Learning in Astrophysics on mass calibration of galaxy clusters. The idea is to bring Machine Learning approaches into cosmology research. This research is being supervised by Prof. Heidi Wu from the Physics Department.
