David Wilson

Education

David is a partner with Ahrens DeAngeli Law Group.  David is a board-certified elder law attorney with the National Elder Law Foundation.  David graduated cum laude from Arizona State University’s College of Law and clerked for the Honorable Daniel Barker of the Arizona Court of Appeals before completing his LL.M. in taxation at New York University.

Experience

David practices in estate planning and asset protection in both Idaho and Arizona. David’s practice centers on asset protection and on helping seniors navigate the financial maze that is long term care. David is a VA-Accredited Attorney and also helps veterans navigate the benefits provided by the Veteran’s Administration.

David is the past chair of the Volunteer Leadership Board of the Idaho chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, the president of the Idaho Guardians and Fiduciaries Association, sits on the Policy Committee of the Idaho Quality of Life Coalition, and participates in many other community and civic groups.

Bio

In his spare time David enjoys basketball, walks with his wife and reading. However, David chose several years ago to have children instead of spare time and now coaches basketball for his 13 and 11 year old sons.
