Gail Lynn Fyanes, MHS

Affiliate Faculty

Gail L. Fyanes serves as Adjunct Faculty in the School of Public and Population Health. She holds a B.S in Political Science from the University of Utah and a Master of Health Science with an emphasis on Policy from Boise State University.  Currently, she is working on a statewide initiative, as the Alzheimer’s Disease Support Services Project Evaluator.

While completing her MHS degree, she was the Healthy Habits, Healthy U Coordinator, a cancer-education collaboration between Boise State University, St. Luke’s Mountain Tumor Institute, and the Boise School District. She has recently retired from the US Air Force after 26 years, specializing in Cyber Support (IT), and serving in several different capacities across the globe. She is actively involved with the Boise VA Medical Center and enjoys teaching the Powerful Tools for Caregivers class in the local community.
