Caile Spear

Dr. Caile Spear ran the health education & promotion program for 25 years and she coordinated a variety of community-based projects. Caile worked collaboratively with community, state and federal organizations.She secured grant funding, taught grant writing, and reviewed grant proposals. Her current service efforts are focused on creating sustainable home sharing programs in Boise.
