Carl Siebert, PhD

Carl Siebert is an Associate Professor in the College of Education. He uses advanced measurement and statistical techniques for the analysis of social sciences data, and consults with researchers and program evaluators on their data analytic strategies. Carl has many years of experience consulting in the private sector, with particular expertise in program evaluation and research design. He has received funding from the National Science Foundation (NSF), National Institute of Justice (NIJ), Institute for Education Sciences (IES), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and other state and non-profit organizations.
