Devshikha Bose

I earned my Ph.D. in Instructional Design from Idaho State University. My background includes Masters degrees in Secondary Education and English. Before joining the team at Instructional Design and Academic Assessment (IDEA shop), I worked as an Instructional Designer at Brenau University, GA. Some of my research interests include faculty professional development, e-portfolios, and mobile learning tools and strategies.

As an Instructional Design Consultant, I support faculty members to realize their teaching and learning goals by helping them align course objectives to content, activities, assessments, and technology tools, leading to the achievement of maximum student learning outcomes. Also, I work with faculty to conduct research studies to enhance their SoTL.

On a personal note, I am a certified holistic health coach, and am interested in minimalism, healthy organic living, recycling, environmental conservation, and pilates.
