Call for Applications: Mobile Learning Scholars 1.0 – Spring 2020
The Mobile Learning Scholars program is currently on hold due to COVID-19 and campus closure. Please check back in the future for more information.
The Mobile Learning Scholars program is designed to facilitate the exploration of questions about teaching, learning, and collaboration in an information-rich, “connect anywhere and anytime” environment made possible by mobile technologies such as tablet devices and smartphones. The cohort-based approach provides faculty with a supportive and shared experience as they explore how mobile devices affect such instructional variables as student learning, interaction, communication, collaboration, and fieldwork.
The 1.0 cohort experience is designed for faculty who are just beginning to experiment with mobile learning in and outside of the classroom. Exploratory in nature, the 1.0 cohort provides many opportunities for faculty to share ideas, discuss challenges, test new activities, and receive feedback.
