A better option is to use podcasts directories or search engines that will only present you with podcasts related to the search term you&#8217;ve entered. Anchor is cross-platform and will work through the Anchor app on a mobile device, as well as through a web interface on your laptop. <a class=\"inline_disabled external\" style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/FFXoqb8Yud4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Watch this video<\/a> to learn how to use Anchor to create a podcast.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a class=\"inline_disabled fOyUs_bGBk fbyHH_bGBk fbyHH_vIby\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boisestate.edu\/oit-learning\/video\/camtasia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Camtasia<\/a>:<\/strong> Although this is primarily a video editing program, it can be used for recording and editing audio. Its interface is easy to navigate, and it&#8217;s a great place to start if you&#8217;re a beginner. Employees of Boise State have free access to Camtasia. Visit Learning Technology Solutions&#8217; <a class=\"inline_disabled external\" style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/boisestate.atlassian.net\/wiki\/spaces\/LTS\/pages\/2424875\/Camtasia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Camtasia webpage<\/a>\u00a0if you need help installing and using it. <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/tGK4Svv8Gjk\">Watch this video<\/a>\u00a0to learn how to use Camtasia to create a podcast.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a class=\"inline_disabled fOyUs_bGBk fbyHH_bGBk fbyHH_vIby\" href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/garageband\/id408709785\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GarageBand<\/a>:<\/strong> This tool is free to use if you&#8217;re on a macOS or iOS device. GarageBand contains multi-track editing that will allow you to create and add original music to your podcast, but you can also just use it for simple editing. <a class=\"inline_disabled external\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/AxDZvSun2qc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Watch this video<\/a> to learn how to use GarageBand to create a podcast.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a class=\"inline_disabled fOyUs_bGBk fbyHH_bGBk fbyHH_vIby\" href=\"https:\/\/www.audacityteam.org\/download\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Audacity<\/a>:<\/strong> This audio recording and editing tool will work across all platforms (Windows, Linux, and macOS).
