While preparing for finals and wrapping up grading can be a hectic time, it\u2019s also a valuable opportunity to pause and reflect on what you\u2019ve accomplished, the challenges you\u2019ve faced, the opportunities you\u2019ve embraced, and the questions or curiosities that still linger.<br><br>Reflecting on your teaching practices is a powerful way to grow as an educator (in fact, we offer a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boisestate.edu\/ctl\/eventsandprograms\/certificates\/reflective-teaching-practice-certificate\/\">Reflective Teaching Certificate<\/a> to support this very process!). To help guide your reflection, we created a simple Reflection Pyramid. Take as much or as little time as you have to consider the following prompts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Aha moment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Things that worked well<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Things that brought you joy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Big takeaways<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Changes you want to make<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Goals for next semester<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Question or curiosity you currently have about teaching<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As this semester wraps up, remember that a new one will begin before you know it.
