Transparency Report

In compliance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act (Public Law No: 118-173) Boise State University maintains and publicly reports findings of hazing violations by any student organization. In addition to outlining university anti-hazing policy information and state and federal anti-hazing laws, the report will detail any hazing violations reported to the university and linked to student organizations, including:

  • The name of the student organization.
  • A general description of the violation that resulted in a finding of responsibility, including whether the violation involved the abuse or illegal use of alcohol or drugs, the findings of the institution and any sanctions placed on the student organization by the institution.
  • The following dates:
    • When the incident was alleged to have occurred.
    • When the investigation into the incident was initiated.
    • When the investigation ended with a finding that a hazing violation occurred.
    • When the institution provided notice to the student organization that the incident resulted in a hazing violation.

Reports can be found below and are made public for at least five years.
