***Due to COVID-19, The Relaxation Room is not available for appointments at this time. However, here are some ideas and resources for helping you relax and de-stress wherever you are!

A space designed to be technology-free to increase your sense of peace, promote physical relaxation, and enhance your overall well-being.

  • Yoga Mat
  • Sound Machine
  • Aromatherapy diffuser
  • Mindfulness and Meditation practices
  • Beginner’s Yoga exercises
  • 30-minute hourglass

How can I make a reservation?

To schedule an appointment simply book your appointment online or call (208) 426-1527 and provide your name, your student ID number, and the time you wish to reserve the room.

Who can use it?

For student-use only. Faculty and Staff are encouraged to utilize the Oasis Room (located on the second floor of the NORCO building behind the campus rec center in University Health Services).

How many people can use it?

Only 1 student is allowed in the room per visit.

How long can the space be reserved?

The space can be reserved for up to 30 minutes.

How will I know my time is up?

Staff will knock on the door at 25 minutes and again at 30 minutes to notify you of the end of your session.

Location

The Relaxation Room is located on the West side of campus, within The Office of the Dean of Students, Campus School, Suite 120.
