External Catering for Campus
If you’re planning to host a meeting or event on campus, we offer you the flexibility to collaborate with a 3rd Party Caterer to handle food and beverages. Boise State requires all external caterers or food trucks to be contracted.
- The University has a sizable list of contracted catering and food truck vendors. These vendors have been approved by Procurement Services and have agreed to the Boise State Dining Terms and Conditions.
- If your Food Truck or Caterers is not on this list, begin the approval process by sending them this link (Food Truck or External Caterer) and have them follow the process. Please allow for 14 business days to complete this process.
