Managing Your Accommodations

It’s important to submit any accommodation requests early through the Access Portal, so we can get you what you need. But, we understand that unexpected things happen, so asking for accommodations as soon as you think you may need it is really helpful.

Remember to request your accommodations each semester after you register for classes. You should also update your accommodation request any time you add or withdraw from a class. After the accommodation notification has been sent to your instructor, talk with them about the best way to implement your accommodations.
