PhD candidate Aman K C has been selected to receive an award from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s Scholarship Programme.
Only ~25 (of 500!) students from developing countries who are completing their graduate degrees in a foreign country are selected for the award each year. Proposals are open to topics focused on climate change and related issues. Aman was selected for his proposal focused on understanding glacier change from the perspective of hazards caused by glacier melt interactions with the broader Earth system.
Congratulations Aman!
