Tutor Log Report Form

Use a separate tutor log form for each student that you tutor. If you have multiple sessions with the same student, they can all be entered together on one form.

Hours Key

Convert your hours/minutes to whole numbers/decimals. Converted decimals that fall between those listed below should be rounded up to the next decimal.

Examples:

1 HOUR PLUS 14 MINUTES CONVERTS TO 1.25
A “NO SHOW” is .5 (you wait 15 minutes, you claim 30 minutes).
REMEMBER: YOUR TOTAL TUTOR LOG HOURS = YOUR TOTAL BRONCOWEB TIME ENTRY HOURS. Refer to your Tutor Training materials.

6 Minutes – 30 Minutes	36 Minutes – 1 Hour
0.1 = 6 minutes	0.6 = 36 minutes
0.2 = 12 minutes	0.7 = 42 minutes
0.25 = 15 minutes	0.75 = 45 minutes
0.3 = 18 minutes	0.8 = 48 minutes
0.4 = 24 minutes	0.9 = 54 minutes
0.5 = 30 minutes	1.0 = 1 hour
