Doctoral candidate Gurupriya Ramanathan receives STEMIE fellowship

Boise State College of Education doctoral candidate, Gurupriya Ramanathan, received a virtual doctoral fellowship through the STEM Innovation for Inclusion in Early Education (STEMIE) center.

The goal of the two-year fellowship is to offer opportunities for doctoral students to develop skills in learning how to promote equitable STEM learning opportunities by using developmentally appropriate and evidence-based STEM practices. Ramanathan’s research will focus on new opportunities for young students with disabilities to access STEM activities.
