{"id":20,"date":"2024-10-22T10:44:50","date_gmt":"2024-10-22T16:44:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.boisestate.edu\/engineeringphd\/?page_id=20"},"modified":"2025-06-04T12:08:45","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T18:08:45","slug":"admissions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.boisestate.edu\/engineeringphd\/admissions\/","title":{"rendered":"Admissions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-applying-for-the-program\">Applying for the Program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students interested in applying for the Ph.D. in Engineering program will apply through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boisestate.edu\/graduatecollege\/graduate-college\/\">the Graduate College<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-deadlines\">Deadlines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fall Admissions: <\/strong>January 15th (priority), May 15th (final)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Spring Admissions: <\/strong>August 15th (priority), October 15th (final)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-admission-criteria\">Admission Criteria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Minimum Requirements<\/em>:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All applicants must have an earned baccalaureate or master\u2019s degree in engineering, or a closely related discipline from a regionally accredited U.S. college or university.
