Roger teaches both graduate and undergraduate technical communication courses. His scholarship has appeared in journals such as Technical Communication, IEEE Transactions on Professional Communication, Technical Communication Quarterly, Proposal Management, Technical Rescue, Journal of Emergency Medical Services, and Metropolitan Universities Journal. He won both the Frank R. Smith Outstanding Journal Article Award in Technical Communication (for “Green Printing”) and the Insight Award for Best Journal Article (for “Workplace-Classroom Collaborations”).
Roger eats a vegetarian diet and enjoys Bronco sports, zombie books, Dungeons & Dragons, Star Wars, CrossFit, and Disney.
