Ruth Salter teaches First Year Writing, literature, and Foundations of Ethics and Diversity courses at Boise State. She also teaches poetry at Northwest Nazarene University and various workshops at the Cabin Literary Center. Her teaching and research interests include online pedagogy, multidisciplinary studies, mythology and folklore, interfaith dialogue, and Spanish culture and history.
Ruth’s poems, essays, reviews, and academic articles have appeared in multiple publications including Boise Weekly, Chiron Review, Calyx, Hawaii Pacific Review, America Magazine, and The International Journal of Arts, Theory, and History.
