  • Allow for extra time on timed tests
  • Use these (linked) ideas on responding to errors in students’ writing
  • Pause a few times during class time to give all students a chance to write notes, summarize the last topic, come up with a question, etc.
  • Allow revisions for a higher grade or even a replacement grade. Focus on content improvement.
