Join a dynamic community of leaders, professionals, and changemakers for two days of insight, inspiration, and growth at the 14th Annual Women and Leadership Conference, hosted by the Andrus Center for Public Policy at Boise State University. This signature event offers a unique platform to explore leadership at all levels, with a focus on empowering women across sectors and stages of life.
Scheduled for September 22-23, 2026, this annual conference will be hosted as an in-person only event with a limited capacity at Boise State University in Boise, Idaho.
Along with standard ticket pricing of $275, Tables, discounted volume, student, and non profit/small business pricing are available. More detailed information regarding each ticket level can be found within the online store.

Select sponsors and individuals have generously provided resources to allow scholarships in support of the Women and Leadership conference vision. If you would like to be considered for a scholarship, please fill out this online Google form and an Andrus Center contact will notify you of your acceptance based on availability closer to the conference.

Cancellation Policy
Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please review this policy carefully. All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email).
- 15 days or more before the event (On or before September 8, 2026, 5:00 PM MT): You’ll receive a full refund, less a 3.5% processing fee.
- 12-14 days before the event (After September 8, 2025, 5:00 PM MT, but before September 11, 2026, 5:00 PM MT): A 50% cancellation fee will apply, plus a 3.5% processing fee.
- 8-11 days before the event (After September 11, 2026, 5:00 PM MT, but before September 15, 2025, 8:00 AM MT): A 75% cancellation fee will apply, plus a 3.5% processing fee.
- 8 days or less before the event (After September 15, 2026, 8:00 AM MT): Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued.
Important Notes:
No changes, including name changes or refund requests, can be made after September 15, 2026, 8:00 AM MT.
