This work is being funded by the U.S. Department of Energy to provide recommendations to the U.S. Department of Energy on better practices in collaborative-based siting processes associated with consolidated storage of spent nuclear fuel/nuclear waste facilities. Summary insights from the conversation will inform generalized findings/briefings and/or recommendations to the U.S. Department of Energy. The Consortium may also present briefings in public/technical forums and writing, such as peer-reviewed articles.
